What it says about fast charging is the external battery itself, that's why it has USB-C, which is for charging the battery, not for sending power to the phone or tablet. So, it's a normal charger with a flashlight and a mini compass attached, and it doesn't mention the battery capacity anywhere, which is another point to highlight since it doesn't matter if you order 10000 or 20000, they can send you whatever, you won't even notice.
